I don’t usually cheer when an Alabama store goes belly-up. However, a restaurant in Athens, Alabama is closing and it’s all my fault. Ok, lots of people had a part in it, but I’ll take some of the credit.

The owners got so busy making their delicious chips that they are too busy for the restaurant business. We’ve been ordering chips from Mark for a year with good reason. His cinnamon tortilla chips are crispy delight. The traditional tortilla chips are a lower-fat and higher-flavor alternative with salsa. When you want a unique food in Alabama, let the crunching begin.
