You’re not going to guess what today is. School hasn’t started yet so it’s not Labor Day. It’s too warm for Christmas. There’s no special candy in the store so it can’t be Halloween or Valentine’s Day. By presidential proclamation, today is Parent’s Day (4^th Sunday in July - http://www.parentsday.com/ ). I’m not really sure what to make of it since we just celebrated Mother’s Day and Father’s Day (aren’t those days to recognize parents?) I guess you celebrate raising kids to be their best by doing your best to raise them – then that would make every day Parent’s Day. Well, Mom and Dad, I forgot to mail a card but Happy Parent’s Day.
