My family loves these brownies. They have a rich chocolate flavor without chocolate overload. They are moist and not too cake-like. The added chocolate chips and pecan pieces add flavor and texture and make a perfect confection. They make your taste buds sing.

When I bring some home, I field the usual questions, ‘Can I have a brownie for breakfast?’ Not dissuaded, the next question is, ‘Well, can I at least have dessert with breakfast?’ Did I mention that my family clamors for these brownies?
