It is always thrilling to find a new alabama product. We made a great discovery last week. We found a fella in North Alabama who makes the most divine pita strips! Tortilla Blancos are cut and bagged by hand. They are light, crispy, and by far the best I've ever tasted. Our other discovery was a small company that makes upscale salsa - Redd-Eye. They make 2 flavors in Muscle Shoals, Tequila Lime (absolutley irresistable) and Smokey Orange Habanero Salsa (your ears will smoke). We've created a gift box that has the pita strips, choice of salsa, and Alabama shaped chedder cheese. This collection of alabama foods is gonna be a big seller.
